Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times vary by location and carrier. Most orders within the United States arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment.

Tracking Information: Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has shipped.

Shipping Delays: GroomRest is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: groomrest.llc@gmail.com and include photos of the damage.

Custom Orders: Custom-sized GroomRest stools may require additional production time. Estimated production and shipping timelines will be provided before purchase.
